José, affectionately known as "Grandpa," served proudly in the military, demonstrating a life of service and sacrifice. His deep love for desserts brought joy to those around him, and his sweet tooth became a hallmark of his personality. In January 2024, we said goodbye to him as he passed away from pancreatic cancer, but his memory continues to guide and shape our vision.
